The Tier II Live electronic submission system is currently under construction.  We cannot insure that it will be available for the March submission deadline.  

Please submit your Tier II reports to the state either through paper copy or the new E-Plan system.  The web address for E-Plan is https://erplan.net.   Training for this system can also be found at https://erplan.net/training

Paper submissions should be mailed to the Memphis Shelby County LEPC at MSCLEPC, P.O. Box 111450, Memphis, TN 38111-1450.
