TIER 2 REPORTING

Please submit your Tier II reports to the state either through paper copy or the new E-Plan system.

Paper submissions should be mailed to the Memphis Shelby County LEPC at MSCLEPC, P.O. Box 111450, Memphis, TN 38111-1450.
